Walk Score for Bankers Hill

We scored less than Hillcrest and are called Park West but with a score of 83 was considered “Very Walkable”.

So what do you think?  Is this a fair score for our neighborhood?

New York scored as the most walkable City.  San Diego was rated at 18.
